The Contract

BETWEEN

Company (the “Customer”)
OF THE FIRST PART

-AND-

Independent Contractor (the “Service Provider”)
OF THE SECOND PART

Customer summons hoard of managers with superiority complexes the size of Manhattan, but misses.

Service Provider rolls Contractor Snob +10. Inflicts damage to company ego.

Customer rolls a 10 and dodges Contractor Snob with in-house timelines and expectations.

Customer inflicts self damage from unrealistic expectations and lack of concrete experience.

Service Provider defies Customer reasoning with concrete estimates and diagrams.

*Humiliation!*

Angry email takes all.

So my work, eleven-month-long-project, gets a group of chuckleheads featured in the Guardian, and they terminated the contract on me based on my “poor quality of work”, and I have to fight for the last paycheck, as usual…
Brain broke.
