Ladies and ladies,<\/p>\n

I’m pleased to announce the latest and greatest release fresh from our AlienMelon <\/a>lab.<\/p>\n

A whopping 3MB of a squish-fest filled game!
\n…OK, fine, it’s grown a little over 3MB since I made the above .gif, whatever.<\/p>\n

In Tetrageddon you play the role of Minibyte–<\/p>\n

\"Minibyte\"<\/p>\n

–who “planted” his “Portable Entertainment System” in a field overlooking a city.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

This “Portable Entertainment System” grew…<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

You get the picture…<\/p>\n

Your primary goal is to score by splatting unsightly citizens of some random city with giant tetris-debris falling from space… alternately you could just play “classic tetris” by aligning bocks… but street-pizza is more fun anyway.<\/p>\n

\"In<\/p>\n

There are a few twists to this that make it a little more complicated than just playing Tetris. For example the citizens don’t take well to having their way blocked by your pieces so your job is made harder as they destroy your carefully aligned tiles. The point being that you have to keep scoring your rows as fast as possible, as well as keep smudging them away from your blocks.<\/p>\n

You can’t really “loose” at Tetrageddon, if your tiles accumulate to the top, the heap crumbles to the ground successively clearing the grid for another round. Which is a lot funner than “punishing” the player for loosing. Gameplay is seamless, and infinite. The only set back is a deduction of your points, but you could keep playing until the second coming, or until you hit INSERT to turn in your score.<\/p>\n

Tetrageddon was inspired by a Penny-Arcade<\/a> strip… I fail to find the link, and is the collaborative effort of me<\/a>, djlawhead <\/a>and Larry<\/a>.<\/p>\n
