Raw Dehydrated Spicy Fat Vegan Burgers

Raw Vegan Patties

As the title implies you could probably throw in ground vegan for the main ingredient, but the best results area obtained from using vegetables and spices as a base… not necessarily herbivorous humans.
This is a simple recipe to follow. If you have a food dehydrator then you can turn them into veggie patties, otherwise they’ll be sloppy joes.

So, here it is…

The Ingredients:

*Vegetables (primarily onions and mushrooms)
*Spices of your choice (see below for a deliciously faux-meaty blend)
*Coconut Oil
*Tamari (Or any other salt)
*Vinegar (Optionally)
*Flax Seeds
*Hemp Seeds


Raw Burgers Recipe

You can use any combination of vegetables BUT onions and mushrooms are the most important. Fresh onions and garlic are the best combination. You can skip any others… If you’re not much of a veggie person.

I’m Using:


The Spices:

You can use any spice combo really. The most important is Cumin Seed Powder, Garlic, Black Pepper, and Paprika Powder.
Adding in Garam Masala gives it a very rich flavor. I never make patties without it. You can optionally substitute Garam Masala with Chinese 5 Spice.

I’m Using…

*4 Tablespoons Garlic Granules
*4 Tablespoons Onion Granules
*1 Tablespoon Ground Black Pepper
*1 Very Heaped Tablespoon Garam Masala
*2 Tablespoons Cumin Seed Powder
*3 Tablespoons Paprika Powder
*2 Tablespoons Chili Flakes

The Recipe:

*Chop up the vegetables
*Add Spices
*2 Cups Ground Flax
*1+ Cups Hemp Seeds

**Mix Together Then Add…

*3 Cups Water
*1/2 Cup Tamari (Or salt to taste)
*1 Cup Coconut Oil
*5 Tablespoons Vinegar (Coconut Water Vinegar, or Apple Cider work well)

**Mix Until Thick and Pasty.
(If it doesn’t thicken and get pasty then add more water and ground flax.)
