Theirs is so good you can literally eat it by the spoonful alone. It's very creamy and tasty with the added benefit of not having to take a sledgehammer to it to break it up (actually a little softer than cold butter or margarine). All their products are really superior to any other raw seller I've experimented with so far (second to small local farmers who still take the cake). Thanks for the hint on quinoa flakes!
